When to book
The weekends that go first
The same pattern repeats every fall. Plan around these and book early.
Season openers
Everyone's back and the weather is warm, so AC matters. In 2026, JMU opened against Liberty in the Battle of the Blue Ridge on Sept. 5.
Family weekends
Parents visit and want a comfortable home base. 2026: Liberty Sept. 19, JMU Oct. 3, UVA Oct. 23 (Friday night vs. Duke).
Homecoming
The biggest alumni crowd of the year and the hardest weekend to find lodging. 2026: UVA Oct. 10, Virginia Tech and JMU Oct. 17, Liberty Oct. 31.
Rivalry games and Senior Day
Cold weather makes heat and a warm bathroom worth the most. 2026: UVA vs. UNC Nov. 21, and Virginia Tech hosts UVA on Thanksgiving weekend, Nov. 28.
Night and midweek games
Thursday and Friday kickoffs mean a long day in the lot. 2026: JMU's white-out vs. Troy on Thursday, Oct. 29.
Next season's schedule drops
Conferences release dates between January and March. That's the time to lock in homecoming and the rivalry game for 2027.

Game-Weekend Package
$4,000 3 nights + delivery
Friday through Sunday. We deliver the coach, level it and set it up at your spot, then pick it up after the game weekend. Final price depends on the date, the school and how far we drive.
Covers Friday through Sunday. Delivery starts at $350 round trip; longer runs, such as Blacksburg, are quoted by distance.

- Delivery, setup, leveling and pickup. Bedding, pillows, towels, a stocked kitchen (cookware, tableware, utensils), toilet paper and cleaning supplies.
- Generator
- 6 hours per night included; extra hours $8/hr.
- Deposit
- $1,000, refundable.
- Rules
- Renter must be 25 or older. No pets. No smoking or vaping. Black and gray tanks are empty at delivery; the renter is responsible for emptying them during the rental.
- Times
- Check-in 2:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM, adjusted to each campus's lot hours.
Can the coach stay overnight in the stadium lot?
It depends on the school. JMU has an RV lot that opens Friday evening. Virginia Tech has public RV parking and a reservable option at the Inn at Virginia Tech. Liberty does not allow overnight stays on campus. UVA does not publish a dedicated RV lot. We work out the best option for your date before you book.
Who buys the RV parking pass?
Passes are sold by each school, usually in limited numbers. We tell you exactly which pass to buy and when, and we handle getting the coach there.
Do we need to bring anything?
Food, drinks, chairs and your team gear. Linens, towels, kitchen basics, toilet paper and cleaning supplies are on board.
What about the generator?
Stadium lots don't have hookups, so the coach runs on its generator and solar. Six generator hours per night are included and extra hours are $8 each.
